- Ensures delivery of high-quality features that can deliver benefit and delight for both business, internal user and end customer.
- Develop forward-looking risk control strategies through analyzing user behavior and other data, drive the improvement and upgrade of product safety mechanisms, and be responsible for the effect of risk solution plans.
- Reduce capital loss and improve metrics related to risk exposure by building a systematic framework of risk management to cover the entire life cycle of business processes.
- Analyze product and business data to extract actionable insights; embedding these insights to formulate clear action items and product strategy.
- Manage prioritization and balance trade-offs across business units within the ecosystem.
- Handling day-to-day product workflow and execution of new features or improvement; being involved in the testing and delivery (including integrations) of new features or improvement to make sure there are no critical issues and all the integrations part not missed.
- Create high quality and precise PRD to increase the speed and quality of tech team's development.
- Craft go to market and integration documents in an easy-to-understand way for stakeholders throughout the organization.
- Working closely with engineering, design, data team, operations, and external stakeholders to implement new features and enhancements.
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree from top local or overseas universities with a preferred GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale. Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business field is an advantage. MBA degree and consulting experience is a plus.
- Passion in data-driven product development; have a biased instinct to be data-driven when making decisions.
- Proficiency in SQL and a fundamental understanding of statistics is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills and strong intuitions of user behaviors.
- Solid oral and written communication skills (both English and Indonesian).
- Able to grasp and break down complex contexts quickly; comfortable in doing RCA analysis & growth tree visualization using MECE framework.
- Data-minded whenever possible. You deeply understand how your products work and how to measure long-term impact.
