Job description:
Identifying good editorial opportunities supported by sales of related advertising
Monitoring, understanding, and achieving own individual sales revenue targets
Making outbound calls to existing and new prospects and updating the CRM system with all after-sale information.
Job requirements:
Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa, you’re a natural influencer, able to persuade and have the ability to ask intelligent questions with ease
With a natural sales ability, you get a buzz from closing a sale target!
A hunger to learn, you enjoy being mentored and constantly seek improvement and ways to develop yourself
An impressive telephone manner (interesting tonality, clear mature sound, etc.)
Outstanding time management and organizational skills, the ability to maintain the accuracy of a CRM/database by inputting data correctly (a familiarity with Salesforce is a plus)
The ability to meet and exceed key activity and productivity metrics, including call volumes, talk time, and sales revenue
A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a natural persistence
Ability to work well autonomously and as part of a team
Confidence in speaking with senior executives of large international companies
Interest in highly dynamic startups
