About the Company:
Our Client is an established global Pet Food company that is looking to grow its coverage in Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for market growth by achieving sales fundamental targets (clinic coverage, active customers and number of SKUs distributed per customers), lead and execute VET Channel development according to plan.
- Create VET Continuous Education Plan to increase vet capability through Scientific & Business Education, through seminars, Small Group Discussion and Non-Vet Basic Health Education
- Ensure customer engagement and development at all levels by representing product to customers on relevant issues and concerns, and lead the development of customers to achieve objectives
- Provide timely and accurate required management information systems and set up sales automation, by analyzing required information and sales distribution metrics to be translated as a report, and to safeguard the sales automation implementation to achieve all objectives.
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in business or related field
- At least 3 years of prior experience in Pet related industry such as Pet food or Nutrition is highly preferred
- Prior knowledge of Sales Operation is mandatory
- Entrepreneurial Self Starter and driven to succeed independently
- Communicate well and target oriented
- Willing to be based on site in Palembang
