- Design, plan and execute employer branding activities and selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, psychological tests, etc.)
- Develop sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies
- Perform candidate and employee satisfaction evaluations and workshops, analysis of hiring needs, and provide employee hiring forecast
- Involved in Talent Development and Assessment
- Plan recruitment Initiatives (such as Employee Referral Programs, ATS Development, Recruitment Marketing tools, etc.)
- Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience and suggest measures for improving employee retention
- 5+ years of experience in Recruitment with 2+ years of experience in Managerial roles
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
- Proven experience in Psychometric Assessment Tools (PAPI Kostick, DISC, etc.) ATS, and Recruitment Marketing tools
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources law and regulation
