- Managing product and process conformity based on specification
- Leading process audit based on Process Quality Control Plan
- Conducting Root Cause Analysis and leading Improvement process when non-conformity occurs
- Managing COA (Certificate of Analysis) document for every product shipment
- Managing qualification for every product and/or process change
- Managing customer complaints
- Managing Quality Assurance (QA) Document
- Ensuring all works is run in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) determined by the company.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or statistic.
- Have working experience as quality Assurance (QA) in manufacturing industry is a point plus.
- Have the ability to read engineering drawing.
- Familiar with Seven Basic tools of Quality
- Familiar with measurement tools instrument (Caliper and Micrometer)
- Familiar with Root Cause Analysis method (FMEA/Fishbone Diagram/Pareto Analysis)
- Familiar with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
- Have a good communication skills in English both oral and written, Integrity, accurate, disciplined, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Highly motivated, strong team player, with good ability, to multi-task an re-prioritize as necessary
- Physically and mentally healthy
- Have no color vision deficiency
