- HRGA Manager function work in manufacturing
Job Responsibilities
- GA general function work
- Health Management, Improvement of work environment, zero accident management (HSE/K3)
- Purchase, asset management, and disposal.
- Organization development and training management
- Handle union and external affairs
- Other duties as assigned
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Possess bachelor's degree, Law, Psychology or equivalent.
・At least 8 year of working experience in Manufacturing Company
・Business English level
・Strong in HSE and GA matters for Factory
・Having handled external affairs such as to local residents, to government sectors, etc.
・Skilled in industrial relation, organization development, health and safety management, performance analysis, general affair.
・Must be willing to work in Karawang.
・Preferable having experience in Japanese company
