Job Description
As a researcher / writer with Crimson May, you play an important role in developing the company's bespoke “Person of Interest” database. You will conduct social media research to identify and collate data on individuals that match the search parameters of the database.
The successful applicant needs to be social media savvy and familiar with tools such as Facebook, Twitter and Telegram, and up to speed with issues on politics and terrorism in Indonesia and the rest of Southeast Asia.
What we are looking for
- Responsible and mature attitude
- Interested in regional security affairs (eg: terrorism, political, etc)
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Excellent understanding of social media -Facebook, Twitter, Telegram, Whatsapp, etc
- Willing to work unsupervised from home
- Willing to work to strict daily deadlines
- Fresh university graduates or those with 1-2 years working experience are welcomed to apply
- Able to remain in touch on a daily basis via Skype, or any other video call methods
- Shortlisted applicants will be interviewed via Skype, or any other video call methods
- Successful applicants will work from home.
- This position is part-time for an initial 6 months and can be converted into permanent full-time position
