- Establish, develop and manage targeted communities-based relations with top tier influencers / celebrities and hairdressers (POLs) by executing Activation Plan
- Analyze and interpret community report to identify strengths, weaknesses and business opportunities.
- Organize and represent the brand on all events along with Brand Digital
- Establish connection and relationship with key publishers in Indonesia to drive the agenda on community & advocacy.
- Manage influencer agency as a stakeholder in building efficiency and transparency for the division; including control on division advocacy budget.
- Improve reviews ecosystem.
- Lead division advocacy pool expansion
- Manage team of live streamers and build in capability.
- Ensure compliance - work alongside country CDO & internal control.
- Having 2-5 years working experience as Community Executive/ Community Manager for beauty products
- Proficient in English
- Bachelor's degree in any major from top tier university
- Confidence in a fast-paced and ever-changing dynamic environment
- Interested on beauty industry.
- Great knowledge of beauty community
- Experiences in social media environment
- Has ability to seek new trends and opportunities based on data.
