- Planning, developing, and implementing directions for the organisation's operational and fiscal function.
- Perform accurate analysis of component re-manufacturing / manufacturing / hose production.
- Implement, improve, and enforce policies and procedures where required to increase the companies safe work practices, financial outcomes and operational effectiveness.
- Drive visible performance management, use KPI's to track progress, monitoring actual performance versus plan promoting awareness to drive improvement.
- Mentor and interact with staff members at all levels, to foster growth and encourage ongoing education and development among the senior management team and all staff alike.
- Minimum of 5 year's experience as Production or Manufacturing Manager in mechanical and steel fabrication industry.
- Strong understanding in business financial principles (budgeting and forecasting).
- Expertise in using MRP/ERP systems.
- Comprehensive strategic management and risk management skills.
- A demonstrable business acumen, with the ability to operate in a highly entrepreneurial manner.
