- Conduct research and development activities related to the company's products, from planning and implementation to reporting
- Create a master recipe and set the standard procedure for it
- Improve the quality of product and refine recipe formulation
- Develop ideas from food preparation processes for marketing purposes
- At least 5 years of working experience in F&B companies, catering, hotel, FMCG
- Bachelor's degree related to food science and technology or hospitality
- A deep understanding of formulating various food products and analytical development
- Strong in leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Excellent English communication skill is a MUST
- Proficient in using Ms. Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
