- This is a hands-on role requiring knowledge and deep using of monitoring tools system
- This resource will work closely with the production support team (L2) to ensure operational process of applications
- Working in a collaborative, team environment
- Ability to learn the process and business flow of applications
- Ability to analyze, escalate, and investigate any kind of error or anomaly that happens related to applications
- Ability to explain the detail of problem for either business or technical issues related to applications
- Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or any related
- Have 3-5 years of working experience in related field, preferably in banking / financial institution
- Having knowledge in using various monitoring tools like Stackify, Amplitude, Elastic, Appdynamic, etc.
- Possess good communication skills and a strong team player working in a multi-culture environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, self-motivated, team player with a proactive approach
- Having high awareness and curiosity for any kind of signal or alert that appear in the monitoring system
- Fast learner and discipline
- Willing to work in shift for 24x7
