We are now seeking a position as a Project Control Manager - Infrastructure who will handle the following key responsibilities:
- Control of the operation of own and leased real estate, offices and structures managed by the Company
- Preparation and management of real estate and engineering contracts
- Manages tasks related to leased, leased and own properties, oversees asset management processes to increase cost efficiency
- Manages the preparation and management of the lease agreements of the given properties, the performance, inspection and acceptance of the maintenance works
- Manages the insurance administration arising in the technical field
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Civil are preferred.
- Latest 5 years experience in management level of technical infrastructure, project services support for B2G (Business to Government) are mandatory.
- Held experience and connection with Government Institution related to project control, functioned as pioneer role is value added.
- Comfortable run business communications using English.
- Willing to be based at South Jakarta
