- Responsible to supervise the implementation of production and packaging processes in accordance with applicable regulations, starting from receiving raw materials / packaging materials to the delivery of finished products effectively and complying with GMP requirements.
- Supervise the documentation of the production and packaging process in a clear and complete manner and comply with the provisions of GMP.
- Supervisor who acts as the Responsible Pharmacist and Pharmacist Assistant becomes the back up of Production Manager to check, evaluate, and sign Production and Packaging Batch Records before being sent to Quality Assurance.
- Supervisor who acts as the Responsible Pharmacist and Assistant Pharmacist becomes the back up of Production Manager to check the Production and Packaging Batch Records master for new products and revisions of commercial products in collaboration with Manufacturing Compliance & NPD/I Officer.
- Supervise the process of handling raw materials, bulk products and finished products containing precursors and certain medicinal ingredients.
- Conducting mentoring to ensure the improvement of skills/knowledge of operators and area/line leaders as well as process implementing employees.
- Conduct coaching and counseling for Production and packaging personnel
- Leading improvement activities in Production and Packaging by collaborating with relevant departments to ensure the work area is safe, all activities produce products that meet the requirements and are carried out effectively and efficiently.
- Supervise the use, cleaning and sanitation of production facilities and packaging appropriately using established procedures so as to meet hygiene requirements.
- Take an active role in Pre-weekly Meetings and convey targets to Area Leaders based on Pre-weekly Meetings and Daily Performance Meetings as well as supervise the accuracy of their implementation.
- Supervise the proper implementation of Safety and Health Guidelines and support the development of IOSS/OSO in production and packaging.
- Ensure execution of CAPA related to EHS&S.
- Develop and update the Standard Operating Procedures as needed in accordance with the provisions.
- Provide detailed information related to the production and packaging process as well as the obstacles in the OEE Weekly Meeting, Daily Performance Meeting and Shift Hand Over.
- Conduct a Performance Review Dialogue for Area Leaders according to the specified frequency.
- Receive escalation from Area Leader, Line Leader and Operator and continue escalation to Production Manager and/or Head of Manufacturing Section.
- Check and approve RCPS related to Production and packaging processes and cooperate with related parties in completing the specified CAPA.
- Report non-conformances by making reports in the system, carrying out the investigation process and completing the specified CAPA.
- Perform Process Confirmation on Area Leaders, Line Leaders and Operators.
- Follow up on Process Confirmation conducted by the Production Manager.
- Propose changes and monitor their implementation through the GCC system.
- Appreciate good performance that exceeds expectations and pass information on to the Production Manager as input for the Reward & Recognition process
- Ensure that the JJPS Managing Site Performance program is included in the Employee PDP.
- A Pharmacist or Industrial Engineering graduates with minimum 3 years of experience in related field.
- Have knowledge in carrying out Production / Packaging tasks.
- Understand English in addition to good Indonesian.
- Has received GMP training as well as other supporting knowledge and skills.
