➔ Work closely with Sales Development Representative, Pre-Sales and Account Manager to address the
full sales cycle: Identify, Qualify, Articulate the value for the prospect with the right metrics, Sell, Close
and Administer
➔ Help plan and coordinate account-related activities, generate sales opportunities and report status of
accounts on a regular basis
➔ Provide valuable information to the prospect at each stage of the customer lifecycle in order to drive
their decision making process & selection process
➔ Understand and address the prospects’ goals, success metrics, stakeholders and purchasing process
➔ Respond to complaints/objections and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction and to maintain the
company’s reputation
➔ Ensure smooth hand-over of won accounts for the onboarding process, collaborating with Customer
Success, Account Management and other stakeholders as appropriate.
