YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Summary:
Responsible for achieving bigger sales targets in accordance with the predetermined budget as well as business development of new products originating from suppliers.
Main Job:
Develop and implement Sales Strategy for Lubricants Raw Materials business for Indonesia
Send samples and brochures of new products to customers.
Submit a quote (quotation) to the customer either through direct visits (customer visit) or by facsimile / telephone / email.
Make visits customers to introduce and or offer products according to customer needs (including new products).
Provide technical support (technical support) for customers, for both old and new products.
As a liaison between the supplier and customer, because their main responsibility is providing the technical support if any customer's complaint.
Build communication with suppliers to obtain new product's samples and brochures.
Develop sales and purchase plan every month.
Monitor product inventory (stock product) together with the Distribution Department.
Fostering and maintaining good relationships with all customers, especially potential customers.
Conduct market surveys of products from suppliers.
Make monthly reports for suppliers containing, among other things, sales data, progress on new product business development.
Prepare a 'Key Project' based on the needs of the company and customers.
Work in line ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001: 2015 and OHSAS 18001: 2007 procedure
Implement HSE regulation in corporate.
YOUR PROFILE
- Requirement:
- Minimum Training : Sales and Negotiation skills
- Minimum experience : Min 4 years sales experience in the Lubricants or Lubricants Additives business
- Other skills : Computer and Ms Office
