To support Corporate Legal team in providing legal review and legal advice related to agreements, legal documents/reports and related legal issue, as well as maintain general corporate legal administration
- Responsible in providing legal advice and assistance to related function, particularly with respect to product development (policy and product related documents), bancassurance agreement and product distribution agreement (including digital partnership), financial agreements, marketing communication and CSR related agreement, hospital provider & medical panel agreement, third-party agreement, agency and corporate business related
- Manage Standard Operational Procedures of Corporate Legal function
- Assist to reviewing and finalizing day to day operation agreements, project-related contracts and other legal documents for execution
- Act as corporate document repository which encompassing keeping and managing documentation of various executed agreement
- Conduct research on various legal and administrative issues
- Conduct annual CBT and internal training to relevant stakeholders
