Job Description
  • Assists the General Manager in implementing the brand and hotel strategy in order to meet targets for quality of service, attitude and profitability.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the hotel and provide direction, guidance and support to all Operating Departments: Rooms, Food & Beverage, Engineering and other operating department
  • Ensure that all operational departments are maximizing revenue and profit potentials while minimizing costs
  • Is responsible for providing innovation and renewal in the hotel’s guest experience with particular focus on Rooms & F&B.
  • In the absence of the General Manager, the EAM is responsible for the entire hotel operations administration.
  • Ensure to compliance with corporate focus audit
  • Be an integral part of the business team, attend all scheduled meeting and contribute actively with proper preparation.
Work Experience
  • Asian experience preferred in a major city centre hotel
  • High degree of professional work Ethics
  • Excellent communication skills and being able to adapt to the local culture
  • Ambitious, yet humble, outgoing and flexible personality, polished appearance.
  • Level of Education Bachelor / Licence
  • Areas of study Hospitality Management
  • Proven professional experience
