YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To lead development and implementation of Gynecological Therapy marketing strategy to achieve target growth and revenue despite all challenging market situation (Visanne patent lost and generic competitions)
- To strengthen Visanne position as a leader in Endometriosis Market and as Must Win Battle brands of Bayer Indonesia
- To manage optimal growth of Primolut N and Cycloprogynova as key Established brand of WHC Category
- To manage good cross functional collaboration for excellent execution of agreed Gynecological Therapy Brands marketing strategy.
- To develop and maintain professional engagement with Thought Leader, HCP's, and related Healthcare Organization
- To prepare and ensure readiness of related brand promotional material 7. To provide product knowledge training to sales team
- Bachelor's degree, MBA is preferable
- Minimum 6-10 years of working experience in Ethical Pharma Brand Management
- High understanding of respective brands market insight and able to translate into the right marketing strategy and right execution
- High spirit of cross function collaboration combined with good attitude and compliance integrity
- Excellence in Marketing activity execution
