- Daily operation on premise environment as layer 1 helpdesk
- Escalate to layer 2 and 3 if needed
- Shifting hour
- Handle server monitoring and basic configuration
- Handle ticket support
- Minimum Diploma from IT, physics, mathematics, electrical engineering or other relevant background
- Minimum 1 year experience at linux system administration
- Having basic linux knowledge (permission, basic server monitoring, basic server configuration)
- Having experience in Redhat or centos or rocky linux
- Fresh graduate with final project at linux are welcome to apply
- Ready to join immediately
- Ready onsite in Jakarta
