- Hold Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Have min. 3 years experience in same role as Assistant Manager in Automotive Manufacturing company.
- More than conversational level English and able to speak Japanese is a plus!
- Willing to work in Karawang.

- Apply corrective actions for automatic and manual shut-downs during emergencies.
- Assist in developing production processes and in equipment installations.
- Assist in equipment set-up and commissioning for mass production processes.
- Assist in improvement projects.
- Assist to resolve facility maintenance issues.
- Control the exposure of equipment contact parts, lubricants and other machinery components to ensure safety.
- Develop work instructions and control plans for manufacturing processes.
- Diagnose issues on production equipment and address them.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement projects relating to manufacturing and maintenance processes.
- Monitor and maintain manufacturing processes and equipment performance.
- Schedule repair and maintenance to reduce downtime during production.
- Troubleshoot process issues to maintain optimum facility performance.
- Other related tasks as assigned.
