Job Summary:
Reporting to the Technical Officer Big Chain Hospital Engagement, the Data Manager will be responsible for supporting the Technical Officer BCHE to provide technical assistance to the allocated chain hospitals for the implementation of program.
The position shall be based in Jakarta.
Accountabilities:
Provide TA to all the allocated chain hospitals for implementation of the program.
Coordinate with Program Manager of each chain hospital in the allocated districts for implementation of TB case finding and surveillance activities.
Coordinate with HIS specialist to ensure data integration between SIM-RS and SITB.
Coordinate with the DHOs/Intermediary Partners/ TO PPM/ FE/ Case Managers in the district for establishment of diagnostic, treatment and treatment adherence linkages.
Act as the focal person for TB staff from hospital for all SITB and SIMRS related issues (coordinate with NTP surveillance team as well to fulfill this role).
Assist with data analysis, monitoring and evaluation of the program. * Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Public Health or related area.
- At least 5 years of experience working with data analysis and data management.
- Experience working with health sector is an advantage.
- Detail oriented.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and create and maintain effective relationships with hospital personnel.
- Ability to influence, motivate, and collaborate with diverse group of staff members.
- Strong analytical skills, insight, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Fluency in written and spoken Bahasa and high proficiency in English
