1. Responsible for developing and implementing programs and applications, in line with our Product. Must be able to do customer analysis to create applications that respond to customer needs and provide innovative solutions to common problems
2. Responsible for existing software in addition to new developments
3. Provide customers with new insights in technical matters during sales visit with Sales Engineer
4. Combine technical knowledge with customer management skills to articulate technology and product positioning to both the business and technical users and ensure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the service process
What You Need to Succeed
- Minimum D3 form Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Automation
- Able to read & understand Basic electrical schematic drawings and understand pneumatics systems.
- Able to integrate between software and also instrument.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in a Technical Service Environment or System builder company
- Good English language skills
- Good communication skills ( Presentation Skill and Public Speaking)
- Previous experience in supporting Projects
- Preferably has previous knowledge of •-C# / .NET , Visual Studio , MS SQL Server (through 2014 preferred and also API Web Services
