Job Description:
- Establish an operation that meets the contractual service levels (SLAs)
- Coordination of the modification of the toll road sections of the MLFF system, provision and maintenance of the GIS stock of the toll road network
- Preparation of contracts with 3rd party service providers, operation of the developed system
- Analysis and evaluation of sales data, taking into account the aspects of enforcement
- Cooperation with working groups and external experts and supervisory bodies
- Participation in the development of MLFF's workflow processes
- Preparation and support of MLFF system startup and system support
- Professional support and conducting of trainings
