Job Description
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB: To be responsible for End To End Supply Chain for Indonesia.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead a team of ~5 supply chain professionals across customer service, Demand Planning an logistics/DC operations
- Conduct Monthly Forecast review attended by commercial team
- Coordinate with marketing and sales for any changes in demand to ensure product availability
- Conduct IBP process, prepare all the material for presentation to management
- Maintain forecast in planning system (JDA)
- Set up all parameter in planning system, and solve any exception and issues
- Supply planning analysis, and confirmation to all vendor
- Oversee order to cash activity (customer service)
- Monitor all delivery, schedule on time, and all the proof delivery are maintained
- Responsible for 3PL DC Operations and logistics activities, deployment from national warehouse to all distributors across Indonesia, to all channel, Modern Channel, Traditional Channel, Industrial Channel, and Ecommerce
- Ensure stock accuracy in warehouse are maintained
- Monitor all the pick and pack process are on time and accurate
- Monitor all importation process
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Business or Engineering or other relevant ยท
- At least 12 years of relevant experience in reputed local or MNC.
- Experience in managing S&OP /IBD Process
- Capability to engage and communicate effectively with local team, Country Director and Asia team in English language
- Knowledge of Demand Planning Systems /ERP such as JDA and SAP preferred
- Experience managing demand & supply planning, logistics, warehousing, inventory management.
- Strong verbal & written communication skills in English
- Good interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of the organization
- Highly organized with the ability to complete multi-tasks in a timely manner
- Must possess positive working attitude
