- Assist our customers in increasing consumables utilization and achieving business efficiency and profitability
- Assist our customers in increased patient numbers, satisfaction level, referrals
- Conduct training for practice staffs on practice development topics including but not limited to practices marketing, customer service and performance to provide personalized guidance, training, and tools to improve the overall patient experience
- Contribute to increase the market share of ZEISS in the country
- Accountability for the growth of treatment pack sales
- Contribute to increase SMILE conversion rate and penetration in the market
- Guide and manage country’ activities with regard to the execution of the PDC program
- Visit new and existing PDC customers on a regular basis in the region.
- Demonstrable proven experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns and evaluation
- Analyze clinics digital marketing campaigns on marketing efficacy and provide recommendations and hands-on support for improvement to foster the goal to assist our customers in their business growth
- Identify trends, insights and optimize spend and performance based on the clinics’ insights and brainstorm new and creative growth strategies in collaboration with the clinic.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, WebTrends), of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas), setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
- Identify positive and negative trends with social listening and the impact on business performance
- Any other tasks as assigned by management
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or any related fields
- Minimum 4 to 5 years' experience in marketing sales in healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device industry or previous experience working in a medical practice as a Practice Specialist, Marketing Specialist or Patient Experience Specialist.
- Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic experience in digital marketing (SEO, Social Media Marketing)
- Good analytical skills
- Good command of spoken & written English
