Basic Function
1. To analysing value and features of new product developed. By providing sales the complete data of new products' feature before launching in market.
2. To Increase commercialization of new product developed.
3. To perform benchmark analysis of sample from market
4. To perform raw material evaluation for purpose of insourcing or finding new cost-effective raw material to support the business
Roles & Responsibilities
TASK & RESPONSIBILITY
1. To perform analysis on sample from trial production related to New product development (NPD) including evaluation the performance of masterbatch compare to existing masterbatch grade and or benchmark sample
2. To provide analysis report on the trial production related NPD
3. To perform analysis on benchmark sample received from competitor and provide analysis report
4. To ensure that all materials and products is fulfill Product safety requirement before launch to the market by completing the documentation of the raw materials used.
5. To monitor scale up production of new products and new material used in commercial production line
6. To Manage projects in sopheon accolade software to make sure information is updated
7. To perform a quality check on the product produced in the lab line to ensure meets requirements and specification
8. To perform task assigned in PLM
9. To Perform special task/ project defined by the PAD manager
10. Health and Safety
- Assure and implement all work activities in accordance with safety, health and environmental procedures & government regulation
1. To liaise with the extrusion lab team in case of any quality issue on the product to determine an action for solving the problem
2. To provide sticker release of a product produced in lab line
3. To provide supporting data on the performance of New product developed prior to launch to the market
4. To discuss with related departments such as Quality, Production, Product safety regard to New products developed and new raw material introduce in PGO site
5. To create an engineering record in PLM
6. To contact supplier raw material for discussion related application or regulatory issue
Min. Qualifications
PENDIDIKAN / EDUCATION
- Bachelor degree in chemistry
- Fresh graduate
- Min. 2 years in Product development or Product Quality control
- English proficiency
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Operate analytical instrument
- Reporting Lab result
- Know the basic of organic and analytical chemistry
- Understand the principle of analytical instrument and know how to operate the instrument
