JOB STATEMENT
The purpose of this role is to provide advisory and support services to customers and/or third- party contractors on existing and/or newly acquired equipment and components. This position will be based on Batu Hijau site, Indonesia
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and build relationships with the key people at the site and share those with the organization, connecting key interfaces
- Provide technical liaison services between customers and product divisions.
- Perform technical evaluations and analyse equipment and machine component failures.
- Train and inform customers in maintenance and service of products.
- Carry out investigation of customer complaints regarding quality, tolerances, specifications and delivered condition of products.
- Provide field trip reports in accordance with company standards.
- Provide on-site supervision to company and customer representatives.
- Determine customer needs and achieve excellence in service.
- Assist the spares and wears department in compiling parts manuals, recommended parts lists, sales presentation material and any other customer service-related queries.
- Ensure confidentiality of proprietary company information and always operate with the highest ethical and moral standards.
- Cooperate with other departments and functions to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained and exhibited at all times.
- Drive site sales activities together with cross organizational site account team
- Technically experience with Crusher and Griding is a must
- Must have good innitiative, assertive and confident.
- Excellent communication skill.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as parts manuals, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Must have excellent leadership skills.
- Must be team-player and lead by setting examples.
- 8 years of experience working on site

SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Ability to works independently to complete given tasks and activities, solving daily basic technical service issues.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
