Main Job Description:
- Provide assistance in evaluating and recommending client's Corporate Communication processes, policies, procedures, and mechanism in order to ensure the adequacy, effectiveness, and compliance with regulatory principles, industry standards and corporate guidelines
- Lead the arrangement and evaluation of internal BOD & BOC agenda (biweekly meeting, shareholder's meeting, etc) to ensure smooth process within the organization
- Lead and monitor the arrangement of corporate events for both internal and external parties to ensure its accordance with company policies and regulations to achieve company objectives
- Lead, monitor, and evaluate the development of client's reporting for both internal and external stakeholders to ensure all information are shared and provided to the right parties
- Lead and monitor corporate communication activities within organization and with corporate external stakeholders to maintain client's brand position and to enhance reputation to various stakeholder, both internally and externally
- Lead and control company social media to ensure the attractiveness of the content as well as the alignment with the Company's objectives
- Minimum bachelor's degree (S1) in Communications, Public Relations, Secretarial, or other related educational background;
- Minimum 6 years in finance and banking industry specifically in Corporate Communications & Secretary;
- English proficiency (verbal and written);
- Ability to work in a team as well as individually; and
- Good interpersonal skill.
