Responsibilities
- Supporting Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activity which aims to give positive impact to society
- Recapping and filling all documents related to Engagement Program to ensure the document neatness and can be proposed in timely manner when needed
- Compiling all Employee Engagement monthly reports to be used as information for KPI achievement of Employee Engagement
- Updating news regarding employees' activities and employee development programs held by company into HR-news
- Min Bachelor degree from all majors
- Fresh graduate or having 1 year experience in Engagement
- Flexible, dynamic, and engaging, with strong interpersonal skills
- The ability to work well independently and to prioritize and meet deadlines is important
- A team player with the ability to forge new partnerships that bridge people and organizations
- Self-motivated, proactive, committed to continuous improvement
- Strong communicators with skills in writing and public speaking
