- Develop and execute policy advocacy, policy shaping, and patient activation partnerships for priority areas including: mapping and assessing barriers in the patient pathway, accelerating and initiating the policy shaping process, tracking and reporting advocacy efforts and best practices.
- Establish and maintain strong external relationships and partnerships with policymakers, advisors, patient advocacy groups, clinical experts, and associations.
- Improve the impact of key partnerships, media efforts, and other policy advocacy tools.
- Provide advice to senior leaders, including the country president and business unit directors, regarding policy issues and strategy to represent the client to external partners.
The candidate should have:
- At least 7+ years of experience in the healthcare, bio-pharmaceutical, or multi-national companies
- Proven and successful track record of policy advocacy and stakeholder engagement strategy
- Sound knowledge of the healthcare industry and system
- In-depth understanding of national political and economic priorities
- Experience with patient advocacy, media, thought leadership, and public relations campaigns is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Work with a global and multicultural team to improve the healthcare system and service
- Strategic project and networks with key stakeholders including government, associations, and media partners
