- It is the responsibility of the Food & Beverage Manager to organize and direct a team essentially oriented towards customer service & satisfaction in the restaurant, bar, room service, and banquet. The individual is solely responsible to create, coordinate and implement the training of staff throughout the department.
- Ensure the delivery of all orders while maintaining a high quality of service, creates constantly and consistently maximum guest satisfaction in all Food & Beverage outlets, while keeping within the limits of the budget and defined management policies.

- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Able to work in a team & good communication
- Fluent in English both written and verbally
- Must have experienced in the same position at least 2 years in an upscale hotel
- Hotel or Business School graduates Higher Diploma or Bachelor Degree
