Responsibility:
- Execute of carrying out market analysis of coal and fuel to gather information on market availability in order to anticipate and prepare necessary action for the Company
- Execute the tendering process to acquire alternate coal suppliers by finalizing draft Request for Proposal, bid clarification and prepare Award Recommendation and liaise with PLN and Bidders
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices taking into account changes of regulations currently (if any) in Coal & Fuel procurement.
- Liaise with PLN and Coal Suppliers during coal determination price.
- Support the team in CSA amendment (if any) and liaise with related stakeholders in order to ensure that every steps taken are in accordance with CTA, CSA.
- Liaise Coal Suppliers to conduct monthly coordination meetings.
- To perform other tasks assigned by the line Manager/DGM/GM
- Minimum Bachelor Degree
- Having at least 15 years of working experience in Senior position of Procurement /Buyer and 5-10 years in procurement of Coal is a must
- Familiar with Coal and Fuel purchase, open also if have working experience from Coal Industry
- Excellent in English
- Willing work in Central Java area
