Merchant Supplies Merchant Supplies is one of Grab’s latest innovations where we are helping our Food merchants to get access to cheaper food ingredients, both fresh and non-fresh.
The team is currently filled with 6 people and plans to grow. We have a startup founder attitude and operate like a startup inside a startup!
Get to know the Role:
As the spearhead of Merchant Supplies marketing, you will oversee the whole Merchant Supplies marketing activities and communications channels used to promote the services to our merchants.
The Day-to-Day Activities:
Design marketing strategies and supervise the creation of promotional messages and campaigns. Coordinate with different phases of marketing campaigns and manage marketing budgets.
The role has a mix of strong curiosity, braveness to assume and validate the assumptions, and high level of detail.
Roll-up your sleeve mentality is critical as both the role and the team are consist of people who are able to work independently and in team simultaneously.
An attitude of actively thinking how to leverage both internal and external resources effectively to increase organic adoption and traction.
The Must-Haves:
Bachelor’s Degree or above from a top education institution
3-5 years of working experience in Marketing is a must, industry background from FMCG or B2B F&B is preferred.
A track record of driving meaningful impact in fast-paced enterprises / new-age technology companies
Have clear logic, savvy about data analysis.
Good at running data-driven product optimization
Insightful understanding of the Indonesian grocery market will be a plus
