We are now seeking a position as a Finance Operation Manager who will handle the following key responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the business unit or organization.
- Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business.
- Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports.
- Ensure the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives.
- Ensure the overall delivery and quality of the seafood value added products offerings to customers.
- Proactively assist Plant General Manager and Plant Director (expatriate user) to lead company target and analyse business efectiveness
- Graduated degree from reputable universities major in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration and any major related.
- Have at least 10 years experience run finance operation management relate to production with multinational standard.
- Proven capabilities in operating rules in finance, accounting, analysis and business control management.
- Mandarin speaker is required.
- Willing to be placed in Banyuwangi - East Java.
