Job Description

We are in search of young talent with an energetic personality, yet elegant that fulfill the requirements for a Restaurant Manager to work with our Food & Beverages team at the finest 5-star luxury resort in Bali.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
  • Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
  • Organize and supervise shifts
  • Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
  • Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
  • Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the same position in a large luxury resort.
  • Experience in All Day Dining or Rooftop Restaurant is preferable
  • Eloquent in English communication.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Has strong leadership skills, trains and develops team, and is a role model.
  • Bachelor's Degree in F&B division, Hotel Management, or other relevant fields.
