Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Organize and supervise shifts
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
- Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the same position in a large luxury resort.
- Experience in All Day Dining or Rooftop Restaurant is preferable
- Eloquent in English communication.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Has strong leadership skills, trains and develops team, and is a role model.
- Bachelor's Degree in F&B division, Hotel Management, or other relevant fields.
