Job Description

As SAP PM Consultant, you will work with the client's operations excellence team in Papua for various process improvement projects relating to their SAP PM. You will analyze improvement opportunities within their business process and current SAP PM operations and provide insights on how to create a more efficient and effective process.
  • Executing and managing sustainable operational business, process and operational improvement projects to increase the Company's competitive advantage
  • To find improvement opportunity with providing problem identification and best-practice applicable solution within industry standard
  • Provide strategic direction advice in the business improvement initiatives to achieve significant values for the Company
  • Manage project deliverables to comply with PMO, Operations Excellence methodology and defined company standard
  • Manage the business improvement design and implementation, issues/concerns, resolutions to ensure its compliance with business strategy
  • Manage the communication of overall project plans, progress, and problems to stakeholders
  • Maintain strong relationship with Senior Management of Operations Excellence customers to manage their expectation and obtain strong buy-in from leadership on business improvement projects
  • Ability to deliver and ensure high quality and sustainable project benefits for the company, focusing on eliminating safety risks and incidents, increasing productivity and reducing costs
Create process improvement footprint on a large-scale organization |Competitive salary and benefits, coverage of transport and accomodation

To be a successful SAP PM Consultant, you must have experience in analyzing business process and provide process improvement reccommendations to business users, as well as experience in full-cycle implementation of SAP PM.
  • 3-4+ years of experience in SAP PM doing requirement gathering for process design/process improvements
  • Experience in project planning and implementation, within the mining, other resources, or manufacturing industry is a huge plus.
  • Experience in doing process improvements for maintenance for mining industry
  • Wide experiences in industry and business practices
  • Great communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Great skills in problem solving and an analytical mindset
  • Degree in mining and geology engineering related, Industrial Technology, Management Information System, and Business & Economic, General Management or other engineering related field. MBA with operation/business improvement experience is highly preferred.
