1. First point of contact for business, related to iOps Data Product query. Such as: Report existance, data/KPI clarification, change request or incident
2. As busines representative with Product and Backend Developer team to ensure Product fits with market
3. Management of BAU Tech Service Issue escalations, for: Performance, Access, Product Availibility
4. Understanding and managing new demands and requirements for all relevant iOps Data Product
5. Ensuring the product delivery as per plan within the agreed scope
6. Driving resolution of tech incidents between users and devops
7. Ensuring data governance in place, data update as per frequency and business change
8. Stakeholder and Change Management for Unilever iOPs LT
9. Landing user adoption and drive usage, together with Product & Business team
10. Lead 3rd Party Development on Report Automation
Experience and Qualifications required:
1. Excellent communication, project management and organisational skills, along with demonstrable experience of managing multiple priorities concurrently
2. Can think independently and objectively, taking decisions under time pressure but with awareness of the iOPs programme demands
3. Is up for a challenge and can use own initiative to solve problems across multiple stakeholder priorities providing relevant recommendations to ensure delivery within expected Programme timelines
4. Confident, strong self-starter, able to voice and articulate concerns, seek detail and build understanding
5. Ability to build strong relationships within own team, but also with people from other Unilever teams and vendors
6. Experience with delivering results in/through a geographically dispersed team, with external service providers, and across different business functions.
7. Very good at Analytical tools like Power BI, Power Query, Advanced Excel, SQL, Python, some Azure components
8. beneficial to have:
- Strong infrastructure knowledge would be very advantageous in the specific iOPS technology space
- Functional knowledge of Supply Chain & CD technologies and processes would be beneficial
- Experience with IT system deployments, system integration and transformation programmes
