- Utilize efficient problem-solving skills to identify, analyze, and resolve client issues by providing technical solutions in various HR practices such as total rewards, performance, talent management, and organization transformation.
- Collaborate with other consultants to research and enhance relevant consulting knowledge and skills. Undertake client engagement and marketing activities to some extent, guided by senior leaders.
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources with 1+ years at the Managerial level.
- Experienced as a consultant or project manager from a multinational company background
- Professional level of English proficiency.
