- Handling end-to-end HR matter on the plantation site
- Creating a road-map regarding the HR function for site, including HR budget and training plans
- Ensuring all government required certifications are fullfilled within the company
- Working with head office HR to create and synergies the HR function
- Collaborating and handling with the labor unions, government bodies, and communities around the plantation site. This includes the negotiating of CLA, CSR, and other related programs
- Ensuring productivity within the HR / GA function
To be a successful candidate, you must possess:
- Professional English proficiency, both verbal and written
- Previous experience in plantation industry, preferably palm oil
- Minimum of 7 years of experience within the HR scope, at least 3 years in managerial/ supervisor position
- Willing to be placed/ relocate to Riau (not a roster system)
- Experienced in industrial relations and local recruitment system
- Candidate will be working in a multinational plantation company
