Who are we looking for?

For the role of Associate Partnership Manager, we are looking for a professional with an Enterprise sales background. You will be responsible for prospecting, creating a proposal & presenting it to enterprise customers. You are also responsible for managing a mutually beneficial and successful relationship with the customers. A Management Graduate, entrepreneurial, and energetic with good business & Techno-commercial understanding is the ideal choice.

What will you do?
  • Identify D2C key accounts & engage with them to understand a win-win proposition
  • Evaluate opportunities, analyze the opportunity, and present recommendations based on strategic fit, partnership structure, and ways of working
  • Prepare and present sales presentations to prospective clients
  • Create, edit & review technical contracts & documentation
  • Work with internal IT, Finance, and compliance teams to close the deal resolving technical & commercial issues
  • Identify & make recommendations to improve processes, efficiency, and productivity
  • Effectively manage the relationship over extended sales cycles in line with Sitara's objectives, goals & strategies
  • Work closely with the Indepay Growth Team on execution and success stories for D2C brands.
  • Developing metrics to measure ROI from partnerships.
Requirements

What do you have?
  • Management Graduate from a premier institution
  • B2B Sales Experience of 3+ years, preferably in the banking & payment industry
  • Experience in managing & closing sales using solution-selling techniques
  • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
  • Strong analytical & interpersonal skills
  • Excellent Computer skills
  • Result-oriented, deadline sensitive & accountable nature
  • Strong technical aptitude & commercial minded
