Responsibilities
- Advise target setting and metrics for the operations team (Customer Experience, KYC and Financial Data)
- Propose and implement improvement initiatives for operational excellence and efficiency
- Monitor the teams’ progress and provide advice for the development
- Work together and influence cross-functional teams (Tech, Product, and many more) to achieve common goals
- Create proper SOPs and workflow documentation
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis and propose solutions during crisis situations
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant major
- At least 5 years of proven work experience in Business Operation Improvement Projects & Product Management, and/or Operation Strategy fields. Coming from the Fintech industry will be a plus point
- Self-starter, high ownership, and proactive
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong business acumen and critical thinking
- Good understanding of product management flow, operation, and settlement process
- Successfully managed business improvement projects in previous experience
