KNOWLEDGE SPECIALIST (GERMAN SPEAKER)
The Knowledge team in the Customer Success department is looking for a new member to focus on German translations, text creation and other demands involving German mastery in relation to the InEvent intellectual property. You will have the autonomy and responsibility to:
- Author and edit articles in German;
- Translate articles from English to German;
- Create content related to the InEvent imagery for specific articles (GIFs, images, etc);
- Organize your routine in order to achieve the expected deadlines of your tasks;
- Accompany and follow the priorities settled by the Team Leader;
- Communicate clearly with other departments such as Product or Customer Success to ensure your content's precision;
- Work simultaneously with Help Docs, Trello and Slack;
- Continuously improve your knowledge on the platform;
- Contribute to the team's value and growth.
- German fluency;
- Proficient English;
- Detail focus, proactivity, time management and organizational skills;
- Proven track of generating and maintaining relationship with customers;
- Experience in a tech startup is a differential;
- Availability to work with different time zones;
- Knowledge in other languages is a plus;
- B2B experience is a plus.
