Key Responsibilities:
- To manage customers order efficiently, ensure high order fill rate.
- To work with cross functional team to ensure production schedule & produce according to the shipment priority.
- Manage well in meeting customers special requirements, ensuring team are trained & able to perform tasks accurately.
- Continue monitor & ensure process compliances.
- Able to manage Freight forwarding agent / liner to resolve all logistic issue.
- Collaborate with cross functional team to ensure effective communication, ensure tasks execute efficiently.
- Monitor & flag for slow moving packaging / raw materials & Finish Good.
- To identify & work on continuous improvement plan for the business.
- To leverage team strength, and provide guidance to improve weaknesses.
- To develop effective process flow, and able to train & continue develop high performance team.
- Fluent in English is Mandatory, preferably in Mandarin
- Preferably specializing in Logistic, Warehouse, Export-Import
- Having sufficient knowledge in import & export regulations.
- Ability to initiate, lead to ensure projects are launch successfully
- Has experience in manufacture industry
- Good in computers skill
