- Possess thorough understanding of the company's product portfolio - catering to customer pain points and provide a consultative approach
- Build and nurture relationships with top level stakeholders of key client organisations - fostering partnerships with them
- Identify potential leads and business opportunities - converting them into closed deals
- Take ownership and prepare an accurate sales forecast for the company's FY - build and maintain a solid pipeline accordingly
- Engage and negotiate deals with key clients - complying with the company's requirements and according to government regulations
- Maintain relationships with channel partners (SI and Consultants) - expanding the company's product reach to the market
Requirements:
- A Bachelor degree at any relevant fields - Marketing, Business Management, Communication, etc.
- A minimum of 10 years experience in consultative solutions selling - preferably Software and SaaS exposure
- Proven track record securing deals within Mining, Oil & Gas and Energy sector
- Possess technical understanding of Modelling and Cloud Computing softwares
- Strong leadership skills - experience in managing a team and able to lead the company and team to achieve business objectives
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
