- Becoming key point of contact for HR-related matters
- Support the delivery of HR to warrant a seamless practices within end-to-end operations, including policies, practices, procedures
- Ensuring HR policy is compliant with the existing labor law, gradually review and make adjustments when necessary
- Oversee the practice of personnel administration, including employment contracts, salary changes, onboarding, and employee relations
- Support the implementation of corporate HR services
- Prepare HR monthly and annual reporting regarding manpower employment practice
- Establish, plan, and streamline HR procedures
- Oversee the management of GA practices
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant working experience in HR services as a function
- A minimum of 10 years experience preferably within multinational companies and/or having necessary international exposure
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR operations practices, including Indonesia's labor law and legislations
- Strong interpersonal skills with people-oriented service
