Job description
In your new role you will:
- Responsible for equipment setup and installation, developing equipment maintenance specifications, and implementing Preventive/Predictive maintenance programs to ensure reliable machine uptime.
- Good equipment knowledge in auto/semi-automatic inspection tools such as IV3010VM, and ISP3100 would be added advantage.
- Responsible for inspection recipe setup and optimization.
- Lead sustenance of equipment engineering systematic and activities in order to achieve the best equipment efficiency and maintenance cost.
- Monitor equipment performance KPI and Drive the equipment OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) improvement projects.
- Work with equipment suppliers to solve production constraints, and improve capabilities through software and hardware optimization.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics or related).
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Good equipment knowledge in automatic inspection equipment, and experience with IV3010VM, IV3010VM, and ISP3100 would be added advantages.
- Good understanding of equipment capabilities and constraints.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
