Darshana is a digital creative start-up company founded in 2017 based in Jakarta that works on a platform called SelfMade - a digital marketing solution available in a mobile application and web-based application. SelfMade’s primary objective is to drive positive growth and ROI for its customers through marketing solutions. SelfMade's customers are small-to-medium enterprises around the USA, largely based in New York City.
In partnership with SelfMade, we use visual magic to turn raw content into branded content for customers and help to drive customers’ growth through digital marketing solutions. One unique thing about us is that you can gain first-hand experience using collaboration between data & art to drive growth for customers - it’s dope!
ABOUT THE JOB
- The role is about defining the brands, you will determine our clients objective with your branding strategy
- You are the catalyst to deliver “creative that drives clients’ ROI & engagement”
- Excellent opportunity for anyone looking to soak themselves in the digital art industry
- Your function will be working closely with our team in United States
- Fluency. You talk English while dreaming. Understanding the U.S. culture is a plus!
- Branding. You are a branding wizard with passion in social media (Instagram is a plus!)
- Excellence. Operational excellence is in your blood, including a good time management
- Artistic. A walking aestheticpedia with a superb sense of art (Photoshop skill is a plus!)
- Experimental. Preferably 1-3 years of working experience in a digital agency. If you are a branding freak with less experience, please say hi to us
- Decisive. Able to pull an on-time calculated risk decision with the minimal information
- Curious. You enjoy learning how things work and looking for rooms to innovate
- Problem solver. You have the skill to navigate ambiguity and propose thoughtful recommendations to best serve our clients
- Adaptable. You are as smooth as water. Able to navigate, transform and embrace changes skillfully
- Courageous. Able to do NIGHT SHIFT from 10pm - 6am for at least 2 weeks per month
