- Responsible for supervising, overseeing and directing the Print Department and all Lead Printers
- Responsible to monitor workflow, efficiency and quality of all Printed products.
- Responsible for overseeing all Print product sampling and control of printed plate inventory, including the tracking of current revision levels and the disposition of prior revision levels.
- Responsible for consistently evaluating / documenting personnel performance as needed.
- Responsible for the training of all Print Department associates, evaluation of their progress during probationary period and recommendations for discharge or retention.
- Responsible for stimulating the maximum efficiency and productivity of Supervisors, Leads and production associates.
- Bachelor degree in Engineering
- 5 years managerial experience
- Extensive knowledge with print machines.
- Able to train others
