- Conduct research (e.g., desktop research, KOL discussions) and dataset analysis to inform research and analysis related to external questions
- Develop analytical approaches based on available data to drive answer to key questions being posed
- Execute market research to help Service Owners understand potential opportunities (e.g., market size, customer dynamics, etc.)
- Analyze competitive strategy and conduct competitive benchmarking to understand competitor activities across services
- Conduct recurring research to understand market trends, updates in competitor activity (including market share), and other market activity
- Synthesize implications of research into actionable strategic points
- Share findings with relevant stakeholders (e.g., Service Owners) and support development of initiatives and projects based on findings
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Consulting, Strategy & Operations, Market Research, Marketing or similar field
- Experience in relevant logistics or ecommerce industries and Top 4 Management Consulting is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
- Attention to detail and exception verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to multitask
