We have an exciting opportunity for experienced professional to join the Management Account team in Vistra Indonesia
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, manage and control the ongoing Accounting, Tax and Payroll Services;
- Managing the accounts handled under his/her responsibility, have a good understanding and updated with status for other accounts handled by other colleagues;
- To oversee and manage all internal and client communication in all related services to ensure high level of satisfaction;
- Understand and analyse client's business needs and requirements;
- Provide advise to clients on their needs related to the Accounting, Tax and Payroll Services;
- Establish and maintain good relationship with client;
- Organizing meetings with potential clients and existing clients;
- To ensure that the team submits the required reporting to and on behalf of client are accurate, in a timely manner, and in compliance with the policy and regulation of Indonesian government including Tax Authority, and BPJS Institution;
- Continuously learn and update about the latest regulation and policy related to accounting, tax and payroll services in Indonesia;
- Actively sharing knowledge with other team members, to other colleagues;
- Prepare the reports that needs to be submitted to clients and make sure it is accurate and proper presented;
- Participate in Account Receivable function to create and manage invoices to be submitted to clients.
- Detail-Oriented
- Excellent in Verbal and Written English Communications;
- Good Time Management;
- Excellent Client Management;
- Have a good understanding for Accounting, Tax, and Payroll processes;
- Good communication skills to correspondence with client and Vistra team.
- Minimum 1-2years of working experience in the same field
- Bachelor's Degree, in Accountancy/Management/Finance
- Brevet A & B is a plus
- Member of CPA and/or CA is a plus
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint);
- Accounting Software (Accurate, Xero) is a plus;
- Indonesian
- English
